I’m Lacey Waterman, founder and creative director of Strand Studio. Before starting the studio I spent more than 15 years at Pentagram, Red Antler, Droga5, Mother, Google Creative Lab, Partners & Spade, Media Arts Lab and TBWA\Chiat\Day. I hold an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale and a BFA in Advertising from ArtCenter.

The Pabian Residence
I work out of my home in Los Angeles, a 1961 A. Quincy Jones house restored in 2022. It’s where I create content for clients, and the space is available for shoots. Motivated was shot here.
